Physical-mechanical analysis of non-metallic mineral resources

PHYSICAL-MECHANICAL ANALYSIS OF NON-METALLIC

 MINERAL RESOURCES

The physical-mechanical analysis of sand, gravel, crushed stone, rocks including all types of ores, clay and coal is being performed through National and International standard methods.

Sand analysis

The physical-mechanical properties are determined in sand, which is used as filling in cast concrete, prefabricated concrete or reinforced concrete products, and construction and other works.

Gravel and crushed stone analysis

The physical-mechanical properties are determined for the gravel and crushed stones, which are prepared from solid mountain rocks (including waste from mining production and rocks from soil stripping) or industrial wastes like slag from thermal power plant, colored and black steel factories to be used in common concrete aggregate, road and other types of constructional work.

Wall and Ornamental Material Analysis

The physical-mechanical properties are determined for test portions with proper and improper geometry prepared from all types of concrete blocks, bricks and mountainous rocks.

Clay test

The physical-mechanical properties are determined for clay to be used in the production of various kinds of ceramic products and bricks.

Coal test

The density and volume gravity of all kinds of flammable mineral resources such as brown and hard coal, anthracite and slates.
