Optic-emission Spectral analysis

Optic-emission spectral (OES) analysis gives opportunity to determine many elements simultaneously with sufficient sensitivity and accuracy in short period and provision of wide information to customers by comparative cheaper price.

  • Determination of concentrations of 44 elements by optical-emission spectral semi-quantitative analysis in various types of mineral resources.
  • Determination of gold within concentration range of 0.002- 20 mg/kg by preliminary chemical preparation.
  • Determination of rare earth elements (La, Ce, Pr, Eu, Gd, Nd, Sm, Tb, Dy, Ho, Tm, Er, Yb), Y, Th, Sc and Be, Sn, Ta,Nb by OES quantitative analysis.

Instruments such as spectrographs DFS-8 with diffraction grating and STE-1, microdensitometer MD-100, express-photometer G-2, arc generators IVS-28, 23, DG-2  are used in optic-emission spectral analysis.

Test reports are printed on a form with "accreditation logo" and signed and stamped for official approval. Electronic files of the test reports can be submitted to customers according to their demand for the purpose to avoid any technical mistakes during transcription.

In new information:

We are planning to introduce the OES qualitative method for determination of Borium (B) in geological and geochemical samples in 2010.
