Central Geological Laboratory (CGL) of Mongolia is a professional testing body with over 50 years of experience that is accredited at the national and international level for a mineral analysis and environmental testing. The state owned company CGL provides test results as impartial and free from any commercial, financial and other pressures which might influence its technical judgment.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

CGL serves as an independent laboratory and provides the following services equally for every customer.

• Quantitative analysis of mineral resources

• Determination of material constituents

• Mineral processing tests for concentration properties of minerals

• Physical-mechanical parameters analysis on non-metallic mineral resource

• Environmental research and testing
• Production of certified reference materials

• Preparation of qualified professionals, research work and training of undergraduates

• External quality control between laboratories, professional consulting and expertise testing

• Production of souvenirs made of precious and semi-precious stones.
